Valley Plaza Resort guests may use the fitness center free of charge with the following exceptions:
Free-Weight Room: $3
Tanning: $4 for a bed; $5 for a hex
Four Seasons Health & Aquatics Center is open to the general public as well as Valley Plaza Resort guests. Call 989-496-3151 for more information about membership.

Monday - Friday 6:30am - 10:00pm Saturday 8:00am - 9:00pm Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm
